Todd Davidson, Ph.D.

Senior Scientist, Immunology

Dr. Todd Davidson joined Federation Bio in October 2019 as a Senior Scientist in the Immunology Department, where he oversees research for the Engineered Platform, including autoimmune and oncology programs.

Dr. Davidson has over a decade of experience in the industry. Prior to joining Federation Bio, he worked at MedImmune and AstraZeneca, where he held leadership roles on several cross-functional teams including the Multiple Sclerosis Task Force, the Autoimmunity Working Group and the Target Selection Committee. Dr. Davidson has also established numerous collaborations with academic partners leading to several high-impact publications.

Dr. Davidson earned his Ph.D. in Microbiology and Immunology at Dartmouth College while studying multiple sclerosis, particularly the interaction of pathogenic effector T cells with a CNS resident population of antigen presenting cells called microglia. He completed his postdoctoral work at the National Institutes of Health, studying regulatory T cells and T cell differentiation.
